It represents the beginning of the universe, the start of life, and the opening of the story world where all characters and events unfold. 

The branches and roots of the Pohon Beringin symbolize the connection between nature, people, and the spiritual world. It represents balance, growth, protection, and the continuous cycle of life. In Wayang Kulit, the Pohon Beringin also marks the beginning and end of a performance, guiding the audience into the world of stories and imagination. 

Through light and shadow, this design reinterprets a timeless cultural symbol, allowing the ancient traditions of Wayang Kulit Kelantan to illuminate contemporary spaces while preserving the spirit of Malay storytelling and heritage.
